Birthday rooms

The birthday party price consists of: the birthday room price (depending on its size and the day/time of the party); the number of children (if there are more children, an additional fee applies); the ordered refreshments and additional services; the deposit. Prices are listed in detail in the ADVENTICA price list. Please note that the party time in the birthday room can only be extended if the room is available. The extension costs 65 Eur on weekdays and 85 Eur on weekends per additional hour. Has the birthday boy or girl suddenly fallen ill? Contact us by 9 a.m. on the day of the party and we will help you change the date of your booking or convert the booking fee into an ADVENTICA gift voucher. We apologise, but the booking fee is non-refundable.

You can celebrate your birthday during the park's opening hours at a time of your choosing. This depends on the type of room and the day. You can see the options in the booking system.

Birthday parties are allocated 2.5 hours, including room preparation. The exception is Saturdays between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., when only 2 hours are allocated. Birthday rooms are also cheaper at this time.  You can prepare the room 15 minutes before the reserved birthday time. After the birthday party, the room must be vacated, but you are welcome to stay and continue having fun at the ADVENTICA amusement park! If the room is not booked later, you can stay longer for an additional fee: €65/hour on weekdays, €85/hour on weekends and public holidays. If the room is booked later and is not vacated on time, the deposit will not be refunded.

You can choose from four room sizes: small (for 10 children), medium (for 15 children), large (for 20 children) and maxi (for 25 children). More details about ADVENTICA rooms.

A birthday without cake and treats? No way! You can bring your own refreshments to ADVENTICA Park for your birthday, book with us (check out our birthday menu), order from our recommended partners, or choose on site with free delivery to ADVENTICA.

You can register and pay for your birthday party on the ADVENTICA website, by calling us or at the ADVENTICA reception desk. On the day of the event, we recommend arriving a little earlier, about 15 minutes before the start of the birthday party. At the reception desk, we will confirm your order, make any changes if necessary (e.g. if more or fewer children than planned are coming, or if you want to order additional food or drinks), issue wristbands and accompany you to the birthday room.

The birthday room must be left tidy and clean. We will provide rubbish bags. It is strictly forbidden to use sparklers, cake fireworks or other flammable items in the rooms. The only exception is birthday candles.

Possession or consumption of alcohol inside the amusement park is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of the rules and suspicion by the staff, we have the full right to inspect the birthday room. If alcohol is found, a fine of 100 euros will be imposed.

When celebrating your birthday in the birthday room at ADVENTICA amusement park, you agree to follow these rules:
-Leave the room on time, tidy and clean.
-Do not consume or bring in alcohol, and remain sober. Bringing or consuming alcohol inside the amusement park is strictly PROHIBITED.
-Do not use sparklers, confetti, fountain candles, or other explosive or flammable items. The only exception is birthday candles.
-If the rules are broken and the staff has suspicions, we have the full right to check the room.
-Violation of the above rules will result in a 100 euro fine.

Each child participating in the birthday party is allowed to bring up to two adults with them at no extra charge. Additional adults are charged the accompanying person price of €4 per person.

The birthday room has a table with chairs and a vase for flowers. If necessary, we can lend you a knife for cutting the cake, matches for lighting the candles, and a kettle for boiling water. Please bring your own disposable tableware.

Those celebrating their birthdays can make birthday invitations and thank you cards using our ADVENTICA birthday invitation templates. You can also purchase symbolic gifts for party guests on site.

It is prohibited to wear shoes or be barefoot in ADVENTICA Park. We recommend wearing socks with non-slip rubber soles. Suitable socks can be purchased at ADVENTICA Amusement Park.

We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing: sportswear that does not restrict movement is ideal. In the trampoline area, it is important to cover as much of your body as possible – wear a long-sleeved shirt and long sports trousers.
